My ip camera not able to connect to the factory ddns, port forwarding was set in E1200 router but still no luck. any1 here using ip camera ddns with the time broadband?

Does Time Broadband have any plans to do Fi-Wi (FTTA-Fiber to the antenna) as last mile fixed access using unlicensed band?
It's a good way to cover landed without wasting fiber.
Can offer 4G speeds with very little investment.
