Hi Bro,

Try monitor for a week. Meanwhile later I will try to trace route from my end again.

Thanks.

Will do bro. I believe it's a Seabone issue though and I don't know if that particular node will ever get below 70-80ms pings.

I connect to the Singapore gateway for Path of Exile and I get amazingly low ping (10-20ms). This is the gateway setup by GGG (not to be mistaken with the standalone G_arena PoE server). In fact I get better ping than Unifi users on this server.

Hi Bro,

My part this morning is same as yours, seems the seabone node is back to normal, but I doubt it's performing as it should be. Let's monitor for a week.

Man, with your fiber line you also get 70-80ms ping, same with my adsl line. Doesn't sound right man..

I know right....

I do think it's just that 1 particular node from Seabone that's causing all the latency. My ping to another the Singapore game server for Path Of Exile by GGG gives me 10-20ms.

Anyone using TIME Fibre in Vista Komanwel, Bukit Jalil? Mind to give me some feedback on the line?

Currently using their ADSL line and have been very satisfied but after going thru the thread it seems like fibre is not that stable?

Do share your feedback. Thanks.

Hi Bro,

So far Time line performance is still consider promising. Once a while there is little bit of glitches but it's eventually resolved.
I'd say there's still much to be improved, but trust me they are on the path.

Thanks.

Personally I have no complaints about TIME Fibre. The CS level is pretty good but I think it's being hampered in terms of response time due to the fact AstroIPTV customers will have to make a report with Astro first before TIME can act.

Well I've been using Time ADSL for 2 years in my condo, I would say it has been problem free 98% of the time. I've never needed to call CS, so can't comment on the CS level. Furthermore, my condo only has fiber from Maxis and Time just recently told me their fiber is ready for my condo, so its a pretty no-brainer that I will upgrade to Time Fiber tongue.gif

The sad thing is AstroIPTV subscribers on TIME fibre don't get the same speed as normal fibre subscribers. The package is 3mbps, 6mbps, 12mbps and 24mbps whereas normal fibre subscribers with time get 8mbps, 15mbps, 30mbps and 50mbps.

Also for the same price I pay for my 6mbps I can get 8mbps instead. Even Maxis offers faster speed for the same price at 10mbps.

My ASDL line is actually working. I called time earlier this week to pay my bill and it took them quite a long time to answer the call.

The issue occurred from 1.00- 3.30pm 12/1/2013 due to the current server is not responding well and Time Technical team has made effort to migrate to another server in progress. The issue should be able to settled by today hopefully.
