This simply means the optical power at the receiving end is quite low.

Several causes to this :

1) Fibre Connector dirty.
2) Fibre cable breakage, twisted more than its critical angle.

Please call to Time at 1800 18 1818 to report your fault.

getting about 100ms to singapore and some packet loss tonight

hi guys. i've been using astro iptv 10mbps for quite some time now, september last year to be exact. i've been playing this game called league of legends. my ping will always be below 20. but somehow, since last month, it went really high to about 100-120. its really annoying cause u can feel the delay when u play.

hi, my condo has coverage for both maxis and time fibre. i plan to get time as i heard maxis servis is really poor (not sure how true). the only problem is that i have finish my renovation, and to install time fibre, alot of drilling/hacking and cabling need to be done. as for maxis, they can use the normal phone line. can some1 advise on this? many thanks in advance
