By physical equipment, I'm not referring at end-user's end.. but rather the backbone of it.

My question is of pertaining to: If unifi is available, does this mean Maxis/Time is SURELY available too?
*
Hi Bro,

If Unifi is available, generally you can apply Maxis too. But not TIME.
Time infra is totally independent than TM's Unifi.

Feel free to check my PM for more details.

Thanks.

Can any 100mbps user do a ping test to London / Ireland through speedtest / pingtest? I'm an existing 10mb unifi user, and getting 300ms/ping for MMO servers located in London.

Anyone knows the TIME 100mbps helps on the ping? Reducing at least 50ms would be great smile.gif

Ok guys, I recently (1 day ago) upgraded my Unifi from VIP10 to VIP20 before I found out about TIME. lol

I have a couple of question.

1. Which package gives the best ping to international servers? I play alot MMOs and 1 thing I'm very particular is latency. With Unifi, I get an average of 280-300+ ping to servers in US / UK.

2. Is there still an Easy Switch plan? Actually yesterday when I called Unifi in the morning to upgrade, I had tried to cancel it later in the afternoon but they told me it's not possible anymore. BOOO!!

3. Any other promotions beside the ones on the website?

4. Can any TIME users ping servers in UK for me to see? biggrin.gif Speedtest will do.

Thanks so much! Anyone else can do a test? Someone with 15 / 30MB TIME? Wonder if someone can go below 200ms.

This is mine with UNIFI 20MB

Hi Bro,

Yes LAN cable no problem of getting up to 50Mbps or more.

This E1200 is very much a limitation, anyhow definitely it's capable of getting more then what you got now. Either try relocating the Router & test it by bringing your laptop/device nearer to the router.
Try upgrading the firmware as well.

5G is not supported on this router, models like E2500 above will have 5G support.

Thanks.
