Yeap. Most of the time, the problem is not with the developers because they really wanted to sell the units. It's the sales team and the "people" in between that causing all these unnecessary rifts for their own personal gains  mad.gif

but my gawd, the landscaping looks amazing. have the developer announce how much per sqft the maintenance will be at? RM0.31?

Some compressor outside and some inside. The one outside i think is placed to direct the flow of cooler air through the windows and the compressor inside works as a stack and pushes up the hot air. You can find the detailed design for this on their website. Part of the green building design thingy. But whether it really works or not........... dunno lahhhhhh.... lols

I really can not accept the compressor hang outside , why only lower level ? Why higher level no such issue ? Why sale person no mention on it ? Why agreement no state. Why no highlight. If you are the buyer, what we shall do?

But as we can see the 3rd , 7th & 11th floor plan
are using the same plan signed by the architect .

So how could developer now built up with 2 type
of different terrence out looks on 3rd & 7th floor?
Both floor are under the same floor plan right ??!

My guess is that these compressors are temporary. They were installed for their own use.

These compressors could be for their temporary site office in that unit. They will be removed once they leave the unit. Looking at your picture showing the compressor, which is not looking very new, confirming my guess smile.gif.

3rd floor balcony are smaller compare to 7th floor
due to separate out a triangle space to locate the
A/C . Try enlarge the pic then you see both balcony
different .

See below the reply from Ms Anne Lee (developer)

Thank you for your feedback regarding the air-cond compressors. As per our discussion with our project team/consultants, we wish to clarify that:

The AC compressor has to be located at the external balcony and not inside the air well due to heat load calculation by the engineers that placing the AC compressor inside the air well may affect the heat dispersion and subsequently affect air cond performance
Therefore, for technical and performance reasons, the next available option is to place it at the unit balcony ledge

As explained, this is a design consideration and we are unfortunately unable to shift the position of the AC compressor.

As far as I know beside ground floor & 3rd floor units of each tower have is problem with the A/C other units no such problem .

Why is this particular floor have this performance problem (due to distance between compressor and indoor unit?)? Type C on other floor are having the same distance from between locations. Can we have more technical explanation from the developer? The design of placing compressor above the balcony rail is not acceptable.

I beg to differ. The glass covers only the balcony. The rail will cover the section for green plants, and unfortunately now if it is true, the air cond compressor. On their part, no change of the design.
