yes, it is selling like hotcake.. good sign, should be many purchaser bought aragreen for own stay.

I went there to have a look which parking bays are for sale after 2 days I got the letter, but end up B1 and B2 are fully sold expect tandem 1. To purchase tandem, you must buy both, which means 70k. Go home think think think think for another day, in the end decided to call HQ to purchase tandem, but was told already sold!
