almost bought a unit there last time but went bust because the real estate agent was very doubtful.

told me that the developer will issue a rebate letter on the purchase price but days before signing of the agreement, he told me he' not sure if the developer could do that.

without the rebate letter, the property will costs me nearly RM2mil -.-

the developer is okay, just that the sale team is suck, they make many mistake.

Yeap. Most of the time, the problem is not with the developers because they really wanted to sell the units. It's the sales team and the "people" in between that causing all these unnecessary rifts for their own personal gains

but my gawd, the landscaping looks amazing. have the developer announce how much per sqft the maintenance will be at? RM0.31?

Last chat with them they say October but dunno la. They said August the construction done but got a lot of checking and paperwork and blah blah blah so October is the target.

Some compressor outside and some inside. The one outside i think is placed to direct the flow of cooler air through the windows and the compressor inside works as a stack and pushes up the hot air. You can find the detailed design for this on their website. Part of the green building design thingy. But whether it really works or not........... dunno lahhhhhh.... lols
