It is a Type A (2 bedroom) unit. For Type A - it ranges from 684 sqft to 803 sqft.
The one available is a A5 Type 803 sqft.

By the way, there is no rebate for small units. Only offering DIBS and free legal fee on Sales & Purchase Agreement.

This is the only remaining Type A unit available for the entire project. The rest are all 1129 sqft onward to 3831 sqft. This unit has quite a reasonable terrace space for placing flower pots or placing tables and chairs for outdoor coffee breaks.

is it signing S&P with developer?

Signing is directly with HSB Developer.

Block E was second block launched n price shouldn't be so high at RM946psf...price increased so much?

But SPA signing is still with developer direct, sub agent can push?

Think the agak agak average selling prices for the small units were:

Block D - about RM725-775psf
Block E - about RM750-800psf
Block F - about RM775-825psf

But then Block A and B jumped to above RM900-RM950psf

To be exact, price psf for Block A, B & F for Type A (2Bedrrom) ranges from $730psf to $976psf.
Sub agent don't have any control on the prices as it has not entered into subsale market.

Hi CMW123, unfortunately all small units (Type A) fully sold. Including the one and only 803sqft unit that I mentioned last week was sold yesterday.

No indication when Block C going to be on sale. But I will inform everyone here once it is on sale.
