Actually not all units from all blocks sold off completely.
There are about 30% units remaining. Type A completely sold off. Type B - left one unit remaining. The rest are bigger units - Type C, D, E & F, G. |

Correction:-
Tower B for Type B completely sold out. Now left one unit of Type B in Tower A. It is measured at 1,236sqft, 2 Bedroom + 1 maid room, with balcony, two car park bays. 3rd Floor. Priced at $1,083,000. Facing East & South East. Getting morning sun and facing Dataran Ara. Attached thumbnail(s)

Advantage for Aragreens is the upcoming Tesco which is completing next year.
At this moment, Aragreens is the closest to Tesco and it is walking distance. |

Just visited the place, most of the available large units are above 1 mil, feel tempted to get the 2xxx sqft units but after 5% discount, still RM1.5 million πππ
Upgrading my home is very "pening", at rm 1.5 mil, can go to Amaya or Ara Hill. Or even try USJ Heights ππ |
