How can your mother run away in such a situation that you label your brother as an Animal after doing such a disgusting thing to you and your dad?! I really pity you TS, you should get far far away from that animal just in case he threatens you again. Take care of your dad, he needs it right now.

Hope that animal will get the same treatment in future by his own children, or even be punished by god.

yes, i have a big argument with him 2 weeks ago. This was what happened, one of the main water pipe is leaking and my father inform him, and he told my father that "this is the shit made by u(including me), u guys goto settle it". Tat water pipe broken before.. so coincidence i was onleave, so my father call someone to fix it. like i said, tat 1 is main water pipe, to replace it, need to stop the water supply, and at the same time, tat animal using water in the toilet, once my father close the water supply, he ran down and scold my dad gao2 infront of the public, it is like a master scolding a dog. my father keep on apologize he keep on scolding, then i cannot tahan already, i ran down scold him gao2. I'm very sure this is the ignition. He smart enuf dun dare to argue with me infront of outsider because he know i will scold him that he con my parent money and house now still wan to act like the big boss of the house.

he brainwash all his frens that im the big villain in the house, i still rmb tat day while being chased out by him, his fren tell me"ur brother pay the house-loan, u only pay half the eletric and water bill, ur brother let u take the master room and u somemore let the dog out to bite him?". No surprise, he will brainwash his frens to the max. The house loan already paid off long time ago by my parent. I was using the master room is because he force me out of the guest room, then he use guest room for cooking and washing cloth bla bla bla(yup, cooking and washing on 2nd floor of a terrace-house). He abuse my dog twice, my dog went into "hospital" twice, i still got the x-ray of my dog bone broken. Tell me, if u hit by someone until half-death, the next time u meet him again, will u smile at him? of course i will become hostile. I asked him why abuse my dog, he said NO. i dim do so, even my neighbor come and tell me he is cold-blooded treat a small dog like tat. my dog are size of tzu zhu, do u believe such a small puppy attk u then left u no choice but to abuse it?

and about the electric & water bill every month I pay half, every month i pay rm100 for water and rm200 for electric bill. I work everyday, do u know i can consume that much of water and electric?this is already unfair to me. he waste all the water and electric and i have to cover half of it. And this is i hate the most, i complaint to my mum, she told me "nvm la, dun kira so much...".

and now he brainwash his fren twist the fact and accuse me.

What he got your parents to sign is not valid without legal counsel.

You should speak to a lawyer, he will tell you what you can do. That lawyer will become another witness, if anything happens to you.

If I were you I'd definately make a police report. But consult a lawyer first.

If I were you, I will make a police report and hide. Don't let the animal know where you stay. If he used up money, he will find you. Maybe I watch too much drama, but base on logic, he will find you when he need money.
If possible, migrate to other state or country, but this required you to change job.
