Hi everyone, this is what happened. I was staying with my elder brother(I called him "animal" now) in my parent house for over 20yrs. During his age 25 until now 34, he is jobless and all the while getting money from my parent. In some point, he conned my parent to sign some legalize document to transfer all my parent assets to him which these all my parent last resource. In total 400k cash + current my parent house(500k). My mother fed-up enough and flied to US work as illegal worker again(she is age 57 now). And my parent house left me, my father and that animal stay together.

Since that animal took all the money included transferred the house to his name, he is the big boss of the house now. Inaddition lucky I bought a new house but now my house just starting renovation(no water and eletric supply), estimate will be completed during march this year. And this is what happened, on monday while I went out to work, that animal called a moving house and 3 big size guys come to my parent house, the 3 big size guys force my father sit on the chair, and he start ordering ppl to break my door and pack all my stuff not in a gentle way and throw into the lori and move it to my new house(Please! my new house is under renovation not ready for living). At 1st, I tot that animal only want to chase me out of my parent house, but a moment later, 2 more lori coming to my new house as well, all the stuffs in the lori are belong to my father!!!! that means this animal chasing my father out of his own house which my parent works so hard to paid off the loan.

Before those barbarians leave, he threaten me that if i goto "cari pasal" to my brother, he will come and find me, I felt like my life are being threatening. Now should I log a police report? What else can I do? I just a common working man in the office. I feels so helpless now, not to mention about my father, it is very humiliation that he chased out by his own son from his own house.

Hi Bro,

Legally there is nothing that you can do if the house is under his name. Nevertheless, you can somewhat delay his actions by making a police report.

To face this kinds of cheaters are a bit hard. My suggestion is to try to find another place to stay instead.

Perhaps anyone from a lawyer firm can assist.

If you think in positive way, your father being chase out is a good option and he stay with you. Of course I believe that you are capable enough to take care of your father right. So since that ANIMAL already taking the step that assist you all to live free, just accept it.

So sorry to hear that he actually con his own blood stuff, as you can say, he didn't got any job and stay like a BOSS in the house for almost 34years without doing anything which mean he is old + stupid in term of knowledge and wisdom. No knowledge, No job, how could he survive with a house which is just 400k?How long can he live up with that?Believe me, in future, he surely will hit the wall hard and maybe one day, he will bend his knee in front you and ask you to help him for living.

Believe in KARMA, do what your best to take care your parents. Just assume that this ANIMAL wasn't exist.

You should report to police, as least got a reference if next time something bad really happenned....i pity you bro....

Yup, legally i cant do anything, now im staying in my relative house for time being until my new house is renovated. That animal is a sweet talker to my mum because while he is kid, my mother really sayang him, brought a honda accord for him drive to college, and my parent driving sunny 130Y.

Or better idea, post his details in FB and alert everyone what an ass he is.
