got...normally bank will allocate some amount for different project. if the quota full and feedback from mortgage office to their mgmt that many ppl is queuing for loan...they may or may not add the allocation...don't wait....try other bank faster....but if u got the letter of offer u should get the loan ....if only verbal promise then forget it....

i got the letter d, jus that its without mrta.. i need an insurance to cover it.. he suggest me to buy insurance separately.. faint

ok wo....mrta u can buy with any other party....unless u want to put in loan....but i heard citibank can allow u buy mrta and pay by instalment...

im interested to get a unit there but mostly sold out.. anyone have 650sf pool side view above 8 floor want to let go? prefer before sign agreement to avoid unnecessary fees.. pm me for further detail

how about 613sf more units available?

650sf limited units.
Some units buyer let go due to loan issue.
But was taken up few days ago T_T

I went to sales gallery yesterday.. 650sft with pool view, 10th and 13th floor still available

I'm gonna sign SPA tomorrow. my loan just got approved last week,
90% + 5%, -2.3%, Affin Bank.
Can't wait to get my first property! XD

the 5% supposed for legal,SPA,MRTA etc etc fees. since some of them will be borne by developer, i will use it for MRTA and lawyer fees for loan. smile.gif
