Anyone have idea which bank offer 90% and limit is not full yet? Both alliance bank and OCBC is full, I waited 2 months already and no sign of limit expand...

And can I request refund of deposit due to the bank limit full?

They ask you to pay 3K as down-payment. Then ask you dont apply loan by yourself, they will help you to submit loan to their prefer banker. End up I wait, wait & wait until they only submit my docs to banker on end of May 2012 (*bought on end of March 2012). Please becareful that they have the right to forfeit the downpayment (RM3K) because it's stated on purchase form if you're not sign the S&P agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase. I have no idea & very disappointed on this. Today 15/6/12, I still waiting for loan status, the banker is work like turtle & the property agent is not follow up at all.

There were new releases units from Tower 1 & 2 available for purchase. Some of them were nice units. Checkout V12 SOVO. Besides, the developer has pre-launched their V12 Retails as well.

Hi beanchan,
Pls write-in a letter to the developer to extend your S&P binding date, reason on the delaying proces of your loan application. I believe they can allow some time tolerance if you voice out your issue to them. Call them if it's urgent. Hope you are able to resolve the issue soon.

is better u find banks then summit your loan...the loan should come out with 1 weeks plus only..
i just bought 1 unit of tower 2... summit 2 banks...1 bank come out with 2 days approved without booking...another come out around 1 week.
