somehow i think soho concept can't be sold in shah alam...though it looked attractive but do you think the renting price can cover the loan for returns? hmm..

It all depends on whether you want commercial @ residential loan.
Commercial 85% MOF - you are not tied to 70% LTV for residential Residential 90% MOF - better rate, just that |
