Looks nice. Price ok. Less competitor in that area. Low density. But leasehold. Near nv memorial park. Air polution bcos surrounded by thousand factory

considering on this unit

my feedback on this
1) attractive deals (10%+5%). but no DIBS
2) parking might have problem. 500 units but only have 700 parking lot. so around 50% of the owner will have to live with 1 car park.
3) retail shop downstairs. not sure what shop will be opened, but if management didnt control and let ppl simply open any shop, will degrade the property price. its a double-edged sword
4) location wise, not so good (based on online info. need to do site survey for more accurate feedback). near to factory (like CSR). might have problem to the road
5) tenants. hard to find tenant. no factory worker/students will rent in a 2room rm1.5k unit. young execs can get bigger unit with that price. ex-pat will not live there due to its too far from KL/PJ

today i went to carrefour subang,
there are many units still available.

even though this project is opened for half year,
but so many units are still available.

any update from the recent tower 3 (phase 2) soft launch?

the buildup is much smaller, 440,500,540 sqf.

compared the freebies, it doesnt include dryer

I been to the soft launch and place 3k booking fee. My unit is level 8 facing pool tower 2 500 sf. I just wait for the loan and lawyer firm to contact me. Hope I can get it. Doesn't matter it is nearby factory area or what. For me I just treat it as bachelor pad. But still need to cough out 4K for renovate the empty space to 2 rooms. Seem I need to go to Ikea shopping after get the key in 2015.

I've booked 1. Think the location quite ok for me as I work in Subang. Not sure yet am going to invest or own stay.
