Developer gives interest reimbursement only on 1st year. Completion in 3 years. Developer gives only 1 time, which is 5%. Normal interest rate per year is roughly 4.x |

i just booked 1 unit yesterday. i am afraid my loan cannot be approved. what's the minimum income to eligible for the loan?
