DIBS is Developer Interest Bearing Scheme whereby the developer said they will bear the interest during construction period..so u dont have to pay the interest during construction to your lender.

Yes , I am also another buyer. Can make money . As long low downpayment, still can flip when completed.

is it 5% discount or rebates in cash to pay the progressive interest? i did ask them bout this to the sales agent. n they got confused but at the end she said yes.

Developer discount 5% upfront for you. According to agent, you still can loan the amount before 5% discount. But the progressive interest we still need to pay. Not sure whether it answer your question. I'm still beginner here. : )

Completion in 3 years.
Developer gives only 1 time, which is 5%.
Normal interest rate per year is roughly 4.x

RM232000 / 500sq ft = RM464 / sq ft

Isn't it kind of small?

I guess it will flipped quite well. My friend just back from the launching yesterday & book a unit that is facing the pool. Heard him says that the pool view side was almost fully booked! Also told me that the developer is pretty reputable & strong. Findout yourself here V12 Sovo Property. Hope it gives you more info.

The price above is for tower 2 or tower 1? I've been to the sales office and I remember the price to be higher than that for sure. Psf ard RM500.

i just booked 1 unit yesterday. i am afraid my loan cannot be approved. what's the minimum income to eligible for the loan?
its about RM238k for 40 years loan.. it will be my first house anyway. thanks!

do the banks consider our income in the next few years? as i was told by the salesman yesterday, he said, there will be no payment until i get the key of the apartment. by then, our salary will be different already.
say my salary now about rm3.5k, with car loan of rm600 per month. do i still have a chance to get the loan?
