price is indeed cheap, but that area alot lorries, and lots of low cost apartment rite? price will be 350k? for 500sf? for leasehold? hmm... but the cheapest unit is only 232k after discount... lol

they offer me -2.3, with no mrta....
i want to buy mrta also, but now they said the quota has full, so if i need to reapply, i might need to wait...
got such thing???
