i saw the SA doing promotion in Tesco Puchong. From their explanation, the Phase 2 is even better than Phase 1 due to the offer of shuttle that covers some places (can't really remember all) and this facilities only available for Phase 2 residence and LYL Hotel customers ONLY.

Anyone can verify this? Is this really worth and investment?

I just bought a 2 units L21 at 322k side by side. Type B
10+5% rebate ; but no free 1 years maintainance fee given.

Anyone can advice!?

i also booked one unit ... Phase 2 .

I am quite worried about this project as location is quite deep.

Any news on who will be taking the retail lots ?

Hopefully have popular retails like old town, pappa rich , secret recipe , etc etc

The place doesn't feel 'deep' if you enter from Subang Jaya then KESAS then Elite. But the term SOVO sound a bit worrying. Have u check whether these Unit allow you yo stay and sleep overnight? Some SOVO does not allow. Imagine you opened a lawyer office but your neightbour hav running kids and shout while playing.

I just found out 2 things regarding the Phase 2.

1. OSC Portal is showing "Tangguh" rather that "Lulus".
2. If not mistaken this project is not eligible to EPF due to loan is not residential loan and it is commercial unit.

anyone have any advice?

Just went to MAPEX yesterday and got this brochure, 6 places they cover for the shuttle service:

I have book one unit since June, now pending for loan. That day when I went to their show room, around 85% book.

From what i know this developer got succeed many project on Residential/ Commercial & Logistics. like The Royale, Sri Bayu, Tulip, Bali I & II @ Taman Segar Perdana Cheras. all portfolio under this developer. their product price appreciate, quality and location all is good. hehe !

now got shuttle bus service some more which applicable to phase (1 & 2). Consider not bad and improve accessibility to many location like education hub, pubic transport stations, Shopping center & Highways.

Got question wanna ask about this project..


I've bought a unit in Tower 2, 500sqft back in 2012
S&P alrd signed, the question now is, can i still sell this unit to a 3rd interested party? Must i get the developer's consent?

Any1 can enlightened me?
