The place doesn't feel 'deep' if you enter from Subang Jaya then KESAS then Elite. But the term SOVO sound a bit worrying. Have u check whether these Unit allow you yo stay and sleep overnight? Some SOVO does not allow. Imagine you opened a lawyer office but your neightbour hav running kids and shout while playing.

I just found out 2 things regarding the Phase 2.

1. OSC Portal is showing "Tangguh" rather that "Lulus".
2. If not mistaken this project is not eligible to EPF due to loan is not residential loan and it is commercial unit.

anyone have any advice?

Yours is Phase 1 or Phase 2?

Phase 1 (Tower 1 & Tower 2)
Phase 2 (Tower 3)..

I saw many forum confused between Tower 2 & Phase 2.

Anyway I guess you can call LYL for update. Try

Any buyers here received letter from LYL Land to claim interest of 10% due to late financing release from Alliace bank to LYL?

I got charge over RM 200 just on interest. How to ensure bank release payment in time?

After read so long article. So what is the conclusion?

To me SOVO, SO<whatever>O, except SOHO are not eligible for KWSP withdraw.

You can try, normally get reject. (in another forum, some one being rejected for this project).

BTW, the title for this forum is incorrect is V12 SOVo not SOHo.

They will send you a tax invoice. The problem is to pay, you may need to go to their office. to get official receipt by cheque. I did the payment at their office once due to banker delay the 1st installment payment.

However, I am confuse with the tax invoice number as the same number comes out at 2 different letters. One ask me to pay ~ RM 2000+ another asking bank to schedule 15% with gst. Both letter had the same amount ($) but different column as below.


To Bank: GST Amount $
Tax invoice To Me: Amt $ Excluding GST

Both letter refer to same Tax Invoice Ref. Number.
Not sure bank will settle or I need to pay rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

it seems is not the case in LYL V12. we being charged 6%...

Only commercial property and land worth over RM2mil and are sold by individuals after October last year are required to pay the 6% goods and services tax (GST).



Read carefully, word by word. The key word is "Sold by individuals". What it meant "by individual is:-

I am the owner and I sell it to you.

There is a different when LYL sell a unit to you. So we still had to pay the GST cry.gif
