Well. For me it seems like a good investment.
It is for personal stay and near my office in Subang Jaya.
In the future there will be heavy development 3 km away which is the Tropicana Metropark.
In their plan there will be a shopping mall , education hub, and a direct flyover from batu tiga toll to Tropicana Metropark.

Logically, I will not expect the price per square feet to go up for such a small sovo, but in terms of facilities nearby in the future, it would be an advantage to the owners.
Of course it is not apple to apple if we compare tropicana development to lyl development . But for the price we are paying it is worth it.
Mine is phase 2 11th floor facing swimming pool. It also comes with a free shuttle bus according to the brochures. ☺
