QUOTE(faiz293 @ Feb 13 2014, 01:32 PM) bought a used aptv3 for rm300. Looks new with box, plastics n all. Crunchyroll is japanese anime? Now been using 1 month free unotelly DNS. Subscribed to paid netflix and crunchyroll, works like a charm! Now I have lots of movies to watch until i dont want to watch anymore. haha. Have to browse to the streamyx VOD list to see what are the nice movies to watch. After all the one month trial ended you'll be bored by all the outdated movies on netflix. have you tried crackle? |

QUOTE(aceedburn @ Jan 12 2012, 03:54 PM) Apple TV is not your average mediaplayer. I'be been using it for about 2 months now and have stopped buying DVDs or Blurays. Jailbreaking is the way to go to fully utilize this magical little black box. Also AirPlay mirroring will blow you away. Everything on your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 will appear on your LCD TV. I can jailbreak the apple TV in less than 40 minutes. I hardly watch astro or iptv nowadays. All latest and old movies, tv shows, music concerts, comedies etc at your fingertips 24 hours a day, for FREE! impressive man......how to start any link? for novice like me....tq |

QUOTE(imran85 @ Feb 25 2014, 05:49 PM) Does this mean I can just buy APTV3 and use unotelly and the only thing I pay is Streamyx and netflix? Here's how I use my atv2 (jailbroken)Unblock us - for Stable VPN Netflix - for my kids to watch cartoon, wife to watch korean drama with English sub Airplay latest korean/Hong Kong dramas from iPad mini Xbmc for HD movies (latest) All using streamyx 4mb Cheaper than astro plus AOD per month. Some might say using DNS will be sufficient but I find the speed is not stable compare to using Unblock-us. Rather pay for it than getting irregular speed. Now waiting for unifi in my area then will subscribe to it. This post has been edited by Connect2USales: Feb 25 2014, 06:47 PM |

Hey guys, I've been thinking of getting an Apple TV for my new place as an alternative to Astro (which I hardly watch)... However, such a pity that NetFlix and Hulu are not available for Malaysia and Singapore, unlike those in, say, Australia... In fact, when I was in Sydney with the wife, we met with her childhood friend and fiancé, who have NetFlix at hoe and they watch programs like MLS (Soccer), NFL (American Football), MLB (Baseball), as well as NBA (Basketball), to name a few)...
If I were to still decide to purchase the Apple TV, what can we actually watch then, other than YouTube videos? This post has been edited by Titanic iPodTouch: Feb 27 2014, 12:38 PM |

It mirrors your iDevices screen to TV, it AirPlay Video from AirPlay supporting site to TV from my Android phone too. With ATV, your mobile devices become a media center. |
