Guys, really noob about this after reading all 39 pages. Does this mean i can download and store to watch later or does this mean i can stream by using apple tv. Also the netflix which is going for 7 dollars, is it for rental or streaming?

Anyone know where I can repair my apple tv. For some reason its display not coming out on tv (Have tried plugging into 3 tv's and 1 hd monitor and resetting the apple tv). Thanks
