heard there will have bowling in the mall as well....

Cinema and bowling... hope they able to bring in more entertainment and some good F&B to boost the place..

though they promised this n that..but ho, to me wait till really see there is a cinema n bowling only then can rest assured..sometimes or many times things promised better dun think or trust too much... though i also put high hope on it tongue.gif

watever it is..i strongly believe its a good buy..just see the surrounding area.. got o2, paragon3, zeva, 3e, the atmosphere... hopefully will push up 3e price 4-5 years later.. seanooi bro, i saw u in o2 and paragon forum too..haha

haha, cos vested 3E, must know the surrounding prop..

Visited O2 and paragon today.. personally like paragon3... good for own stay and low density & privacy..

For o2, too exp for me, no special discount, big built up but some 2 rooms only... The concept suitable for foreigner like Singaporean.. but not ready in this area..

dont you ever doubt about their maintainance fee only charged 20 cents psf for such a good facilities?

Yes, gt doubt.. mayb the agent wan attract ppl buy.. mana tau sign spa that time need 40cent per sf.. lol..in fact i heard the developer is nt that good le..

the built up space is quite large.. starting from 1445 so im guessing it can be covered. and with the number blocks (3), the number of units (456 in total) seems to be able to cover.

its mainly the facilties at tower 3 that should cost more maintenance-wise as tower 1 and tower 2 only have gardens which is pretty low maintenance.

The lawyer mentioned that those free item such as air-cond, kitchen cabinet with hood & hob will not be mentioned in SPA and developer will refer to booking receipt which stated these.

Is it true?

For those who signed SPA for service apartment, please comment.
