Yes. I received it early this year.

It's a cc copy to me regarding the 30% progress claim.

Yup, same here...

Received 2 sheets of paper.. 1 mentioned 10% earthwork and another is 25%..

However, stated dateline today and developer will charged interest after that... But i still yet to get bak my STamped Loan agreement... Hows the situation looks like?
Anyone has the same exp? Or we just wait..

yes, you will only signed the normal SPA and normal Loan agreement.

about the DIBS, and those freebies, keep the receipt that you signed when you purchased that unit, that receipt/paper should have all the details there...

Called lawyer the la not yet stamped. Still waiting.

about the interest fees. Since this is DIBS project, the interest shall bear by Developer. So we need not to worry about it, right?

As I remember What I saw last time when I signed SNP, the freebies are written on it, the lawyer asked me to double confirm the quantity of it.

The receipt does not contain any of the details other than normal tnc.

Ya. I meant I too called the lawyer and I am waiting for their call.

I called the bank agent as well, although he didn't seem quite want to layan me any more, he said it's a DIBS project, so don't need to worry about the payment until it is done. rolleyes.gif

The things worried me is, if the bank not release the money to Developer according the bill, developer will charge interest to us... Because we din pay to developer..
Another side, loan agreement not settle yet, so they won't release money to developer until get the stamp duty from lawyer....

So, im not sure hws the things work..called lawyer.. and they asked us to wait as well...

DIBS is the loan interest borne by developer...

Normally there r two possibility

1) developer directly waive the interest

2) developer will charge the interest. However we can try to write in to request for waiver

Is possible because limkokweng hostel (behind 3element) charging 800/student for 1st year student...here in 3 element is more "freedom" n will be the next nearest choice

MCT The Place at Cyberjaya la...I am talking about 2 blocks of LKW hostel behind 3elements...

LKW made the decision to built those hostel there god knows why..but when the highway completed, is 3 mins drive to the college
