Lim Kok Wing is kinda far away from this, instead you have o2 city and other high rises which is nearer to LKW....
the best selling point of this is low density + cinema... other than that, it's just gimmick ....

but either way, i am buying this for my own stay.... so, i think not a problem for me...
if the appreciation is good, then sell out and buy a landed property... hehehe

yea..some ppl do like u did.... but if u opt dun take insurance from ur agent, are they ok with it? most of the suck up agent will bundle it in a package to u and give excuses like if u dun take the insurance, we cannot offer so high for u la..we cannot offer loan to u la...this la that la bla bla bla

O*B* bank usually won't "force" ppl to buy.. is an option for them... At least my both loan came from this bank.. so no problem..

But i has experienced other local bank to claim that must buy together only can approve..bla bla bla..

Actually we have the right to report them since there's no rule to force ppl take ML/ MR while you apply morgage loan,,

yea...i kinda regret take the insurance from the fuxx up agent from ocbc..b4 close my deal, got call la, this la..good follow up..after sign, shadow also dont see... sighh

yes, i also experienced that b4... i knw they wan do more sales la but also shouldnt be like that..but its also true that some bank force us legally to take up their insurance...

Nowadays quite lot bankers behave like that.. after get the deal, shadow also cant see...
When i apply for 3E, im the one who chase banker, not him...
Anyway, i just wanna get my loan approve and settle the deal fast...
Actually sometime the bank package is good, but just banker problem only....

Of course, there's lot good banker out there... mayb im unlucky... hee

eh..my bad..i meant the banker agent...not the property agent..in fact i would like to thank the property agent...becoz they really take time to explain everything to my question until i was convinced to pay the booking... i think we discuss about 2-3 hours b4 i decided to pay for the booking fees..

i went to many many launching b4..some of them..or rather most of them, the eyes of the property agent grow on their forehead.. din layan me at all..or very lousy service.. or mayb just cakap cakap abit then no f u liao...

Wah... i think my agent should find very easy job to serve me, bcoz he used about 20 minutes then i was convinced to pay booking alrdy. Then other things r quite standard lol... Nowadays, wanna find a house with less than rm400k also super difficult!!!

hahaha.... still got me, i'm the worst.... i went two times, each on different weekends... and i finally booked in another weekends... hahahaha .....

i can feel the agents almost gave me up already... LOL

No la.. Of course not as simple as buying vegetable k??.. bcoz before i went there, I alrdy researched abit about this project. So, I went there to ask a few question and looked thru the available units, almost can feel whether worth or not lol.. So i chose level 11, bcoz dun like too high and more convenient to me.
