yea, gonna go to see O2 too. but we heard it's kind of expensive, 550k+ for less than 1,000sf, so O2 will not be considered though it's superbly low density.

though price per sf it is much more cheaper but in per sf x 1000sf..... u r rite...550k leh...

sometimes i feel lucky manage to get 1 unit in 3e..though price per sf is actually not that cheap, haha...but for starting is very good.. btw, the maintainence fees for this 3e include sinkinng fund is 30cent....

Has anyone signed SPA already? Does it state SOFO can be used for own stay?

SPA for SOFO stated for commercial use only..
Din stated for own stay.... But still grey area that you can use for own stay as long as not breach any rules..

My advise, it is better to buy service apartment if u want.. Initially, i was going in for Sofo. End up, i changed my mind~~ I find it more valuable even for own stay or for investment.

Even if for commercial purposes, banks now treat these loan as residential. This is new ruling from bank negara. Anybody know when this ruling from bank negara take effect?

Are u referring to UxB? I think other banks still treat this as commercial loan. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Normally agents will "sticker" some units and they will sell it outside... Or "sticker" entire floor.....

Ha, ha another sticker game. SA will only reveal when you expressed interest to buy and say that buyers loan rejected.
