How is the public tranportation in this area? Are there any buses servicing the areas?

If compared to block b Zeva, the price after 5% rebate is about RM380psf and the free air con is not factored in yet. But many buyers now having problem cos loan not yet approved and Trinity wants them to settle the balance of 10% already.

and the most tricky part is sales person said we have to sign snp within 14 days from booking to enjoy those benefit. I did ask how if our loan takes longer time and she said have to sign first. if loan not approved, they will return rm5k booking minus charge about 1k. if we cancel after loan approved (probably due to lower MOF), booking rm5k will burn.

I am interested in this apartment but just a lil worry with the terms, future, etc.

You have to worry about the 14 days to sign snp. A lot of zeva buyers now having headaches cos loan not approved yet but need to pay balance of 10% already. My advice is to make sure with the banks that you will have no problem in getting loan approved first before making the commitment.

yes, that's my concern as well. it's kind of inconvenient in a long run.

if the management is good, we don't have to worry about the smelly rubbish, there won't be any.

now i'm more afraid of lazy neigbours that they might just dump their waste right out of the window.

imagine those condo which have rubbish room each floor already facing this issue, what more if a condo doesn't provide a proper waste solution?

just came back to malaysia. will call up the sales agent to clear the mist.

For comparison, Zeva was 350K for 920sq ft which works out RM380psf during launching but price have also increased already.

Even if for commercial purposes, banks now treat these loan as residential. This is new ruling from bank negara. Anybody know when this ruling from bank negara take effect?
