Well, since our SPA havent signed... but better not to drag until 6 months, bcoz we also have to bear legal fees for loan agreement. Stamping fee will be higher if drag too long (penalty fr land office).

For me, i will sign SPA first.. then only prepare money for 5% deposit payment. Besides, if wanna use EPF to make deposit.. any idea how to apply??? Then i dun need to pay out in cash...

no problem..just came back from o2 and paragon 3...o2 ardy have show unit too see... the design for o2 is very nice and much unique due to the shape which is not the typical rectangular type condo.. especially on the balcony, feel like staying in villa, lol... very low density as starting launch block a and c oni got about less than 10 unit per floor..

the unit in o2 start from 1.1k sf to 1.9k sf and price from rm450 per sf.. half a million leh....

they also got the solar power to harvest electric and power the so call common electrical item.. they have the duno wat wat system to harvest the rain also..about same with 3element concept la.. the gbi thing is getting popular and compulsory if im not mistaken...

yes, the o2 show unit is next to the site.. when u c the o2 fence up place just follow it and the show unit is white color..u cant miss it..

base on the promotion and freebies, i think paragon 3 definitely much more worth to buy

yea agree..most of the developer do this way.. if u c bukit hitam developer at puchong there..the tesco is ready already, but the service apartment not even launch yet.. one south there also same, i saw the commercial shop is ready.. but not the condo...

when the shop is ready, hopefully will bring 'ong' to that place.. this is my opinion la
