Not sure about the Engergy monitor. Will report once get my car..

I think so too that the reverse camera have no grid line . As i complaint to my SA as well.

I think urs is cooler. Sigh.. why can't they add grid line to it . Think even Kia Forte also have grid line. TT .

Enjoy ya. Ur unit is awesome

Where u fix it..? jus chk w Ipoh shops, they sell 1900 + rev cam 200= 2100.

What about ur windscreen tint, did u take UMW's optional solar std tint (Ecotint) 1400/= or outside tint?
I tried d test car for 40 mins n felt their 1400/= tint is still not good enough to reduce the heat.

Added on April 15, 2012, 11:28 amAny C" owner here install toyota's optional solar std tint(Ecotint) 1400/=?
My experince..I tested d test car in hot noon for more than 40mins n have to full blast the aircon with lower temperature n this cause annoying loud blower sound when turn to auto mode. After 40mins still can fell the heat unless u full blast it all the way.

Does anyone here install other brand tints outside? Any recommend.. willing to pay extra more for a good quality tint n branded ones..

Confuse with too many branded ones outside. Some says Vkool is vry good in rejecting heat but long term will develope corrossion spots n affect d car bcos contain heavy metals element in it, 3M is good but problem with smart tag n GPS's receptions, Llumar is better security tint but heat rejection is poor, too many choices.
Does anyone tried d above tints or any suggestions, pls give us a review here for all d C" owner..

3M is not metalized film, so it has min affect the GPS and SmartTag, VKool is.

Personally I think 3M tint film is as good as VKool in TSER spec.

When did you book your Prius C? I am also from Kuching, I booked mine at Boulevard early of March and was told probably will be getting it around June.

May I know what loan rate u are getting and from which bank?
What discount did u get from the SA?

Wouldn't your MOD void the manufacturer warranty?

Wow, where you get those technical info? You really made lots of research.

BTW when you be getting your lovely Prius?
*
I got this from the Priuschat forum.

Try to get as much info on the car before I "jump"! It is really a very hi-tech car with lots of cool features, but it is still expensive at RM147k. Hopefully my Prius will arrive in May.

3M Crystalline 70 (non-metalized film, TSER 50%) for windscreen
3M Crystalline 50 (non-metalized film, TSER 56%) for the rest of windows or
3M FX HP 50 (dyed and metalized film, TSER 41%) for the rest of windows. (cheaper than crystaline)

PriusC steering is assisted by an independent DC electric motor which operates even when the fuel engine is stopped or off. This Electric Power Steering EPS produces a high frequency motor whine from the rotation of worm and ring gears. Most other car models put their EPS motor in the traditional location at the bottom of the steering column near the steering rack below the hot engine bay. However in our PriusC, which has very little space in the engine bay, the DC motor is moved upward in the steering column to be nearer to the steering wheel. The EPS motor is inside the passenger cabin under the dashboard!!! Toyota should do a better job to insulate the EPS noise that can be heard clearly especially during parking or when vehicle motion is slow. Maybe Toyota engineers love this "robotic motor" sound.

More importantly, check to see if your EPS is accurate, no vibration, smooth and very light (and feel lifeless). If so, this is normal, and we like it.
