I do agree that the maintenance fee is on the high side but on the other hand, more facilitiy should also mean that it's easier to find tenants. Given the same rental, people might be more attracted to the extra facilities. Nowadays people buy car also have to compare the specs & features first right? I would really love to see Gamuda keep their promise to build a covered walkway from the Robertson to the Plaza Rakyat Lrt station. That will really cut the distance to the future Merdeka MRT station a lot.

But Robertson is located well too + sitting on big land 3 acres + 10-Story Mall, packed with facilities, better design. VIPOD is too small the development size. After some time staying you will start feeling things are lacking. If just to stay like hotel stay or vacation home short stay, it is still very attractive. Robertson is much better for HOME feel stay.  |
