I just cross check the psf figure from iprop, the psf ranges from 1000-1300 psf.

They will launch the units after the 1st batch owners have signed the SPA. In the mean time they will of course say the next block will be price high high so tat this 1st batch owner will bite and sign and feel happy.

my guess it wont be launched at such high price, at most same as current launch price. anything higher it will make KLCC walking distance condo much better deal.

Well, that is why wait for the 1st batch buyer to sign first. if really will be higher, why not sell now at a higher psf since the response is so good right? why subject to more uncertainty next year?

All developer using same tactic, 1st phase if they able finish in a very short period then thy will mark up more then their early projection price, bcuz they know their property can sell, and thy dun really mind to finish later when thy able to make more money. Spsetia, sime, uem sunrise IGB, I&p, sunway ... all big developer are same vmad.gif 1 .

Told Robertson considering open an access at the back side. Hope the developer will really do it for better accessibility. biggrin.gif

I was asking the staff if there is any second entry point. They say will open another access at the back for car coming in and out from The Robertson. 2 Entry always better than 1.
