my guess it wont be launched at such high price, at most same as current launch price. anything higher it will make KLCC walking distance condo much better deal.

All developer using same tactic, 1st phase if they able finish in a very short period then thy will mark up more then their early projection price, bcuz they know their property can sell, and thy dun really mind to finish later when thy able to make more money.
