Hi, congrats to all buyers. Tried to call to book 538sqft unit, but all already sold out. may i know, are the legal fee, stamp duty fee, MOT are absorbed by developer? free 1 year maintenance fee?
Is the fully finished package good? what are the furnishes provided, such as aircon, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, lighting.....etc. thanks!

For what I know, level 14 and level 29 direct facing water tank. you may want to double check with their sales, if you are planning to buy that units.

Comparing floor level equivalent to 15 floor(counted the car park level),

Robertson, fully furnished, 624sqft, KLCC view(may be) after discounted(5%), about 1150psf, rental $3000,

Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang, fully furnished(should be much better grade than Robertson one), 652sqft, KLCC unblock view, after discounted(9%), about 1755psf. rental $6000(according to sales agent)

location wise which one better?
overall which one is better?

SA said we can walk from Dorsett to future Bukit bintang MRT, it take about 6 mins walk, true? how abt walking distance(mins) from Robertson to MRT and LRT?
