For what I know, level 14 and level 29 direct facing water tank. you may want to double check with their sales, if you are planning to buy that units.

Comparing floor level equivalent to 15 floor(counted the car park level),
Robertson, fully furnished, 624sqft, KLCC view(may be) after discounted(5%), about 1150psf, rental $3000,
Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang, fully furnished(should be much better grade than Robertson one), 652sqft, KLCC unblock view, after discounted(9%), about 1755psf. rental $6000(according to sales agent)
location wise which one better? overall which one is better?

for rental 6000 is mentioned by their SA. I have not done any researched yet, it may be 4500, i guess. SA said we can walk from Dorsett to future Bukit bintang MRT, it take about 6 mins walk, true? how abt walking distance(mins) from Robertson to MRT and LRT?
