Hi, congrats to all buyers. Tried to call to book 538sqft unit, but all already sold out. may i know, are the legal fee, stamp duty fee, MOT are absorbed by developer? free 1 year maintenance fee?
Is the fully finished package good? what are the furnishes provided, such as aircon, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, lighting.....etc. thanks! |

Fully furnished comes with Eveything including furniture , even curtain , just the decorative items excluded, stamp duty we bao ourselves
