Hi, congrats to all buyers. Tried to call to book 538sqft unit, but all already sold out. may i know, are the legal fee, stamp duty fee, MOT are absorbed by developer? free 1 year maintenance fee?
Is the fully finished package good? what are the furnishes provided, such as aircon, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, lighting.....etc. thanks!

Not really... I think depends on which type... 80k could b for the large unit...
538sf for eg, it is ard additional 100psf for ff. In general, for low floor, 1100 f/f vs 1000 u/f. So furnishing cost is ard 50-60k, i think it is quite reasonable....

Cybermaster kor gave an example earlier

Type C 527sf Level 12 – RM 599,450 (inclusive complete furnishing package & after 5% discount) – Facing North – RM 1137 psf
Type C 538 sf Level 14 – RM 549,000 (bare unit & after 5% discount) – Facing North – RM1020 psf
