Wah, 10% rental yield is really possible then. Even based on recent rental market and occupancy rates, this project worth to invest compare to those OKR , Cheras excluding ekocheras, tropi project

No more postponing, Jalan Alor to be revamped this year, says mayor

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 27, 2015:
Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) project to turn Jalan Alor in Bukit Bintang into a food haven will begin in June or July this year, according to KL Mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib.
He said this after the quarterly meeting with KL MPs at Menara DBKL here today. He said the city council had made arrangement with traders and it is now in its final stage.
“We have engaged them (traders) and they have agreed to the project. At the moment, we are in the final stages of the design and construction will start around June or July this year.
“We already have the RM12 million allocation, maybe more, and we hope it would be completed by next year.
According to him, during the day the road would be use for vehicles and at night it would turn into a “vibrant place for street food in KL”.
In August 2013, three months after the 13th General Election, the government announced that they will revamp Jalan Alor and turn it into a food hub and give it a cleaner and nicer look.

However, the project has been postponed several times.
