The whole sale center might attract a lot of crowd & make the place happening like bukit bintang.
This will help to push up the property price as well.

I believe with TSI experienced in Plaza GM KL, they might make this project successful ;-)
& gamuda expertise in landscaping, they might use landscape the building nicely & prevent the residents from looking the abbandonned plaza Rakyat.

This developer strength is in towhship development, thats why they can sell 15% to 20% more thn other.
But they are not the expert in high rise, thats why they need to sell cheaper 1st, furthermore the location is so so only!
How to sell high?

Maybe they want to wait for the property price to go up 1st then launch to public at higher price ler! Becoz market is very soft now!
since their location is very prime & there is a wholesale market infront.

I passed by the area yesterday and noticed there's a sales gallery beside swiss garden hotel. It's at the former ah yat abalone restaurant. has anyone been there?

I walked by last weekend. Seem like they are not open during weekend.
Tot to went in to understand more about the project, i.e concept, their shopping mall concept & pricing as well.

Did of the taiko went in there before? anything special there? Pls advise!

Heard that they are selling at least RM1,100 to RM1,300 psf, since TTDI already burst RM1,000 psf.
Wondering what type commercial components tht the robertson offer, shopping mall, neighbourhood mall or etc.

Should pay a visit to their sales office one of these day, to find out more.
If high end shopping mall, thn RM1,300psf is still acceptable.
If cheap skate of shopping mall, thn i rather buy else where.

Is it going to be same size like Kenanga Mall?
Who are the targeted anchor tenants?
Any supermarket there?

i dont think that they have any experience in operating a wholesale Mall. Club house maybe la!

everybody need to start somewhere lah.
and it is not as if gamuda have zero experience in development and a small time player.

remember SPS? their first ever highrise setia sky residences? since then they have moved rapidly through setiawalk, eco-city, etc. they also started their setia city mall.

wct also have their aeon bukit tinggi and paradigm.

Charlie, the project is fronting Tung Shin Hospital & right next to the abbandoned plaza rakyat.
if i am not wrong, it was a honda showroom.

I look at their website and a lot of things are not finalized yet. Based on that i dont think they are ready for launching yet. But you can register at their website.
