U may also try pet88 which is nearby fish depot. actually what shrimps you looking for? most shrimps in penang , KL also have, unless you intend to find those tigers , bkk etc. |

These 2 places Their plant stock arriving on every wednesday if iam not mistaken...the java moss selling like 25rm a big plastic bag. So cheap!! Thats st alive aquarium at pudu.Cheapest place for Yamato shrimps is Fish Depot RM2.50/shrimp. Don't know about other types. This post has been edited by lily64my: Aug 30 2013, 04:51 PM |

That is risk of dying as with every transfer of shrimps. smaller shrimps adjust better to new environment then adults. Try to match as close ad possible parameter between those two tanks and accimalating them should minimize problems. |

Wanna seek advise over here. I found information that Yamato's requires different water parameters for the shrimplets. However, there are also instances whereby the shrimplets are safe on freshwater. Has anyone bred them on freshwater alone before?

Moved the mommy into smaller tank with water frm big tank. So i guess not that drastic changes.Found like 15 more shrimplets..... I think i put like 3 or 4 berried in this small tank... Now moved all into the bigger tank...plenty moss for shrimplet to hide. |

Just not that suitable for crs. Wc 10~15% every one or 2 week is ok. If you have lot of plants. They will help absorb excess nitrate. This post has been edited by arrow: Aug 31 2013, 06:32 AM |
