i think there's something wrong with my laptop battery, it's wear level is already at 25.3% although I never really use alot. I only exercise the battery once every two weeks and store it somewhere else when I'm not using it. Two weeks ago is at 24.6%. the laptop is less than half years old.

Please help or maybe can i claim something from HP?
*
That's too much imo.. If you check with HP Support Assistant it still show green color? Try call HP and request for a replacement battery.

FYI, i had my battery plugged in most of the time.

the battery will self-discharge over a period. y not just plugged it in and use it everyday?

if using it will spoilt, dont use also will spoilt, myself just use it until it spoilt than can give an excuse to get a new battery. battery these days just wont last long as compare to last time.

But the IPS lit screen of the 10'1 still apparently looked nicer XD

yes it's still green colour. i will try calling hp also to replace my keyboard. I don't want to plug in my battery all the time because sometimes i leave my laptop in the car. Heat will kill the battery faster. Do you plug in your battery even when you're playing games?

yes, and why would u leave yor nb in yor car ? blink.gif

i have my battery plugged in wherever, whenever i go. even if its in bike givi box that the heat would be similar to car trunk. i mean, if its gonna spoil in anyway of using/preserving it, heck, just use it to the fullest.

u mean just setting to power saver mode? coz so far, when in power saver mode, it can last around 5 hours on normal word usage and code compilation.

Yeap.

Coz when I am out, its either finishing an assignment or mild surfing.

Put to power save enough already to keep the laptop powered smoothly.

Added on April 9, 2012, 7:09 pmAnyways, just a quick question..

My WiFi connection with this Dv6 keep flux while my connection to the same modem using my tablet and phone has no such issues.

Should I be worried or is there any drivers to update for higher efficiency?

Apparently, a laptop without WiFi is chaos =,=
