hey, i just wanna ask something about my battery. i have a dv6-6001tx, bought it 4-5 months ago. But in sucha short time, my battery wear level is already at 24%. Although i rarely use my battery. exercise it every 2 weeks or so. Most of the time i plug in and remove the battery.

is it normal or something is wrong with my battery?

how come my comp's brightness button on the keyboard doesn't work sometimes? is it because of the graphic driver? it will normally work after a reboot. anyone else has this problem?

acid, can i know what amd graphic driver version you using? cause the brightness adjust problem are still there.

i still can adjust the brightness, but i can't use the brightness adjust button on the keyboard. normally it occurs after hibernating and the problem is solved when the comp is restarted. will it be possible that is some other software problem rather than graphic drivers? btw, im using 12.1.

i think there's something wrong with my laptop battery, it's wear level is already at 25.3% although I never really use alot. I only exercise the battery once every two weeks and store it somewhere else when I'm not using it. Two weeks ago is at 24.6%. the laptop is less than half years old.

Please help or maybe can i claim something from HP?

yes it's still green colour. i will try calling hp also to replace my keyboard. I don't want to plug in my battery all the time because sometimes i leave my laptop in the car. Heat will kill the battery faster. Do you plug in your battery even when you're playing games?

Is this temperature way too high? When i play games like Dota 2 or Assassin's Creed, the temperature will go until there.

It is at afternoon and no aircond, so its 30+C I guess.

Can anyone guide me how to claim warranty? Wanna go and replace my defected keyboard.

will installing the Leshcat drivers void the warranty or cause any problem? Just making sure before installing it.

i installed the leshcat driver. After i reboot, i got this pop up. Izit normal?



And after installing the driver, my task manager shows a lot more processes. ALOT!

Alot of problem after installing the Leshcat driver. Sometimes the whole UI change to the windows 7 basic. And now i got this problem.

I'm using fixed. I did follow everything except one, i didn't turn off my antivirus when running YUC. Can I reinstall by following the procedure again?
I still can play games all those, and the CCC can open from tray.

all the time. its constantly there. I feel like fixing it. So I'm just wondering can I repeat the steps to reinstall it? Use the YUC on the Leshcat's drivers.

Still have the same problem after reinstalling. Right click desktop and clicking CCC will have the same problem.
Owh yea one more minor problem, how come the brightness changes when i tab in and out. weird.
