Ohhh, I think u won't want to hear my story dealing with this faulty phone, even worst I bought it from someone else through sg apple online store, so they actually admitted with few reports abt this yellow screen and give me a replace, I need to go there myself just to get replace, some more new one still the same, no point of me making noises here, won't help.

What to do, its boleh land, we cant really have high expectation from our service industry can we?

What i was trying to say was the i-dont-care-whether-you-are-satisfied-with-our-service-or-not attitude expressed by the majority of the staffs there last night, which (IMHO) are same as most of the people who are working in our service industry here. They just treat their job as a job for earning but not a career, hobby or something they love to do. (sorry if i offended anyone, really its just my opinion)

I dunno, finally when i said i will go for refund, then suddenly all the staffs there kind of malas nak layan you like that.

For clarification, i think i acted cooly last night. I have never in any moment raised my voice or be rude or what not. peace.

I think you should bring this up to Apple. Let them deal with Maxis.

anyway i never take the yellow phone and i went for refund, which they agreed.
So i cant go tribunal for my case i guess.

It's sad when this sort of thing happend. However we need to teach these feller a lesson because we are paying on our hard earn money at 1st. Where is the customer always right thingie now days?

Black 16g. wanted to give as a gift to my gf. Think i have to change plan now.

Btw during the conversation they borrowed a white phone from the customer beside to try to convince me its a norm. and the white phone is as yellow as the black i had. I got refund and i think the customer beside never know what i was complaining and walked out with his white iphone happily. I guess its really beauty (or ugly) is in the eye of the beholder.

I read Steve Jobs biography. He didn't believe the customer was always right. Many times he handled support issues personally and would scold the customer for doing something stupid and trying to claim warranty.

But I suggest u fill a complaint form at maxis website and let the maxis know there are some staff who are rude to potential customer.
I just wish I can help u in any other way because this kind of situation really sucked.

Steve job wasn't a saint I tell u that lol. But this is between the maxis staff and a customer who is not satisfy for a good reason. Its a faulty product, and still they force u to accept it?
This is just a bad case of customer service. Sometimes things come as faulty but not admitting its faulty and force us to accept the goods or no deal is kinda suck. That's how I feel anyways

what i heard is not that much of celcom customer in bangsar la bodega.
its only about 100+ people.
not a very long queue compared to maxis.
maybe that is the reason there are not much complain on it.

well i cant really say they were rude to me. Just that they refuse to swap my yellowphone claiming that its the same for entire batch (more like mere allegation to me).

Oh i remember the ultimate-big-head even told me he just called KL and kl ppl informed him that its the same for stock nationwide. (i dunno its true or just an excuse)

I keep asking them to at least open up another box to see whether its better or not.
Actually my baseline was that if the 2nd phone they open up is same yellowish, i will take it and go back for warranty maybe month later (but i never say it directly). Well, they refused.
