No showroom during launch date. Launch venue would be Atmosfera poolside & club house. Have to go to Bandar Kinrara for showroom viewing. Shuttle will be provided btw Kinrara & Atmosfera

Ha, no show room. I thought can view another type of room other than 1500sf room. The show room at kinrara is impressing

Block A has 2 zones, 6 units each zone, each zone has 3 lifts.

Added on March 27, 2012, 11:18 pmThe SA told me tat all unit is the same design.. U see 1500 same as 1300 and 1700 or 2100.. Only difference is the master bedroom.. 2100 master bedroom hv showroom at kinrara..

Most of the bank offer the MRTA if i am not wrong. But mine is MLTA.

The bankers call you ? or through agent ?

what is the tenure for the mlta and how much is per mth? can pm me? I still undecided whether to go with mlta or mrta.

usually each property will have their own panel financial institution.maybe these bank offer slightly better terms

Hmm. I don't think it should be all same design bro. If only differ of master bedroom size, the extra 200 sq ft is damm huge. Means no point if I buy a 1700 sqft unit which has same layout n size of living hall, yard, balcony of 1300 sq ft unit. The differ 400 sq ft is just master bedroom?

Some agents will tell u actually all designs are same if you ask too many questions. Lol.

It won't be the same, because different size unit comes with diff floorplan. You can have a look to the floorplan at iProperty.
