If zero entry, I think have to use the bank panel lawyer for the loan agreement.

Zefer offers free SPA legal fees, with 1 condition, loan agreement must be done by the same lawyer.

yeah.. when I asked about any future 2nd access to Zefer condo, a sales girl at TESCO Puchong answered 'that one is under JKR responsible lor, not under developer'... Even my description on Jalan Pipit area is better than her.. wink.gif

The SA is good... He dont look like a sweet talker... He is those straight type... If good he will say goood, if bad he will say bad...

He is the person who serve me tat day.. Mostly is i ask questions he answer..

Loan summary for Zefer :

90% loan, semi-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal charge RM25, can be done using M2U, minimum 1k

OCBC :
90% loan, semi-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal charge RM10, must be done at branch with 3 days advance notice, minimum 5k

Standard Chartered :
85% loan, full-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal no charge, monthly maintenance fee RM10

HSBC :
90% loan, full-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal no charge, monthly maintenance fee RM10

Correct me if the info is not right, add more bank if you know the details.

Just a reference for Zefer buyer.

yup.. cant be.. mine is also semi flexi.. which I find troublesome as when i need to withdraw the excess money i put in, i need to put in a written request and wait for 3 days before i can get the money.. and min amount per withdrawal is 5k.. >.<

im still waiting for hsbc and maybank to get back to me though.. hoping for hsbc as it's a full flexi loan..
