Actually the workmanship is fine, not a major crack as described above. Minor touch up needed then it will be fine. I agree on a bit poor on the external wall plastering.

Actually the factory is a storage factory. No smoke out of it and no sound pollution. For me the only concern is the factory scenery view feel not nice.

For the finishing, there is no way the developer will guarantee the finishing. Is the matter of whether you trust the developer or not. If you trust the developer, just go ahead and buy........
