QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Mar 28 2012, 11:30 AM) Hmm. I don't think it should be all same design bro. If only differ of master bedroom size, the extra 200 sq ft is damm huge. Means no point if I buy a 1700 sqft unit which has same layout n size of living hall, yard, balcony of 1300 sq ft unit. The differ 400 sq ft is just master bedroom? hahaha... maybe..maybe... Some agents will tell u actually all designs are same if you ask too many questions. Lol. becoz i remember, i told her that i would like to see 1700 sf then she said, all is the same design different only the size... hhaha.. |

QUOTE(ungyu78 @ Mar 28 2012, 01:39 PM) I believe will increase again.Developer punya style : Block A - Price A Release Block B - Price A + 20K Release Block C - Price A + 20K + 20K Zefer is not released stage by stage, think the increase rate will base on the take up rate. |

QUOTE(kanasaikuat @ Mar 28 2012, 05:19 PM) OCBC only semi-flexi, i trying hard to request for full-flexi but still the banker can't fight for it. Mine 36 years. So full-flexi is better than semi-flexi? I always thought that full-flexi is suitable for those who holds alot of cash..Are there monthly charges for OCBC semi-flexi? |

From what I understand from the bank officer full flexi you can take out your additional cash anytime without charges. Semi flexi you need to pay RM25 per withdrawal. Monthly charges I think its for the maintenance fee for current account (correct me if I am wrong).
By the way which bank provide zero entry cost apart from Al Rajhi? |
