ermm the height... i went to atmosfera and notice that atmosfera is quite high the condo, so i wonder if Zefer is as tall as atmosfera. THe SA told me is 1 or 2 story lower than atmosfera.

I believe that is same ground level atmosfera and Zefer only difference maybe is height of the building and roof.

yup.. correct.. same ground level.. what u see now is slightly lower than the ground is building up the car park area..

yes, make booking liao..

Most of the banks offer kinda same benefits. Hong Leong, Public Bank, Maybank not bad. The most important points are:
i. BLR
ii. How long is the lock-down period, and when is this lock-down period start.
iii. Full flexi or semi. If you got full flexi then is good. If they provide only semi-flixe, you have to watch out the condition.
iv. The term and condition if you re-finance.

I take hsbc, the only bank that approve my loan... Maybank will be easy for u to pay ur monthly installment.. Most of the bank offer the same package...

How bout Ocbc semi flex?currently I check is blr-2.4.no lock down period but cannot re-finance in 5yrs.
