QUOTE(mysticalstarz @ Mar 18 2012, 01:55 AM) how many square feet? people will always have negative things to say about something... anyway, i've been to the show unit and thought it looks quite nice..spacious too.. I do agree. Everyone has their own view/ opinion, whether good or bad. We need to strike balance between the price and location. This post has been edited by TGIF999: Mar 18 2012, 02:18 AM

QUOTE(kanasaikuat @ Mar 27 2012, 06:51 PM) Most of the banks offer kinda same benefits. Hong Leong, Public Bank, Maybank not bad. The most important points are: i. BLR ii. How long is the lock-down period, and when is this lock-down period start. iii. Full flexi or semi. If you got full flexi then is good. If they provide only semi-flixe, you have to watch out the condition. iv. The term and condition if you re-finance. How bout Ocbc semi flex?currently I check is blr-2.4.no lock down period but cannot re-finance in 5yrs.

I still undecided whether to go with mlta or mrta. much appreciated advice from you all as I want to get more feedback and views besides than the input from the loan officer Added on March 28, 2012, 11:08 am[quote=Dracula_X,Mar 28 2012, 10:31 AM] How you guys get the loan ? QUOTE(kanasaikuat @ Mar 28 2012, 05:26 PM) No monthly charge, but if you withdraw money, it will charge you and need few working days. I met the OCBC loan officer last week and he told me that full flexi will have RM10/mth as charges.

QUOTE(Dracula_X @ Apr 3 2012, 08:36 AM) ChunKit, check with Zefer SA first before signing loan agreement with other law firm. Zefer provides free SPA, with a condition, loan agreement must be done by the same law firm. If not, your SPA agreement might not be free. I asked SA before, if u engage different lawyer, then SPA lawyer fee will not be free. Need to engage the same lawyer for loan and SPA
