usually each property will have their own panel financial institution.maybe these bank offer slightly better terms

Dear all, i need some advise from you guys...my lawyer quoted me 5.5k for the lawyer fees (Tea Kelvin) for 15xxsq.

How is it computed? I feel it is abit overcharged.

How bout you guys? what is the lawyer fees charged?
