I went there on weekday a few weeks ago, just 2 sales people there, no customers.
They are Villamas staff, still have things to do even though there were no customer.

I am not.
My colleague beside and I always talk about this property.
He planned to buy a unit, because thinking too long, the type that he want is already bought by other people, only left those lower floor units.

My friend want to buy type T (1730 sf).

What is the take up rate ? still 50% ?

They are doing official launching end of this month.

What I meant was that the developer maybe designed the house with certain market segment in mind (eg larger sq ft, facilities etc), and also priced accordingly. However the people who can afford it, they have other choices and preferences. They are not particularly appealed to what zefer has to offer.

If you like it and for own stay, no need to think too much, can go ahead.
If it is for investment, then need to consider more things.

Anyway, Zefer is still new, just 4 months in the market, pre-launch stage some more.
Before the V-club member and soft-launch events, the take up rate is 20%.
After that 2 events, take up rate is 50%.
Nobody knows what will happen after launching at the end of this month.
If Villamas has a very good marketing strategy, this property will sold out in 1 year.

Just my own opinion. smile.gif
