why zefer launch in atmosfera?? promote both at the same time??

I'm stay and owned Koi Kinrara Condo. I search all property in Puchong (so-called new development) i found that Zefer not really expensive if compare to other even Koi Kinrara. Most likely i will stay at Zefer and Koi Kinrara for rent.

My analysis base on price, type of property, areas, density, security, traffic, facilities, etc.

Zefer sales person called my colleague just now, ask him to go to the official launch, said that the event will be very happening.
The take up rate is 60% now.

I really dont know why people say Jalan pipit alway congested?? that not true, if you dont believe pls pay a visit Jalan Pipit..

i stay nearby... i also know is not congested.. but i heard may ppl say till like veyr terrible... so i not sure the truth is how good or how bad..

but if atmosfera start staying ppl then maybe it wil slightly congested.
