Its a Steel Yard and they only do cutting of I-Beams. Not a scrap yard. There is a scrap yard but its closer to Koi and out of sight. These factories have zero emissions, so not too worried. More of an eyesore though I agree. Then again, so is the Klang river.

If you think long term, build a link bridge over the river and maybe taylors uni could buy that piece for their campus or student accodomation....look at Monash Sunway and the way it has expanded...
