This week handing over appointment already full. Naza not willing to waive the late charges, they give me 85% disc only..... Sigh still need to donate 15%

Are they allowing the buyers to arrange the handling over appointment on weekend?

For my case, i didn't write-in to them but they automactically waived my late payment charges (less than RM120)

Means? 20.05 x 80 ? Or?

Hmm, new phase of Viola I think could command higher after all of u VP. RM 610k is consider ahold price if prospect prefer new phase ( over previous Spira ) and not concern about facade or design.

wah lau! how come this is different from spira? but of course this is a good "difference" and it will be great if they could extend it to 36 months like sp setia.

Wahh, Bungalow @ Lakeside Residence with the name of Vanellia, quite a good name ... and starting price is 2 mil ++

Too bad i no bullet ... i think a very good buy for those looking for bungalow ... most small projects for it already cost over 3mil....

BTW, this 24 months is only valid if we do not make any renovation to the house , right? What is considered as renovation? Say if i take out the utility room door , does that consider renovation?

Is it? If that's the case, it should be referring to no major renovation / no changes on the permanent structural elements (column, beam or slab). For example, some may have to demolish the backlane brickwall or column for kitchen extension.

As for your query of removing the utility room door should not be considered as major renovation. Thus you should still be entitled for 24mths DLP.

i would never take any chances. as soon as i get the keys, i will inspect the unit first and get the developer to rectify any issues there may have. then only i proceed to doing any sort of renovation regardless of major or minor.
