true this few weeks very bad ... when i go to DiGi store centre they said , DiGi in upgrading process for 4G around my place bandar baru bangi / putrajaya / serdang / kajang / cyberjaya .. plus they told me it should be back to normal around 1 week more

and bro, remember .... bonus link point is not equal to 1 pt from 1 ringgit spending. eg. 10 bonus link point from shell = 10 litre petrol. so consider rm1.90 for 1 point. mean spending rm5700 bonus link jz give u back rm 50 only. this is kns9999999999 . n the point had expiry.

I using Digi 3G Internet , I have 9 times out of 10 times can't connect to Internet . How to solve the problem?

DiGi has been sh*tty already. I don't know how to say them..

But I think these few days network is ok already in Sabah. Unlike the past few weeks can't even call out!

My partner's principal line RM68 Smart Plan is expiring soon. She doesn't use much data, probably <300MB a month. Calls and SMS usage about RM25-RM35. What contract-less plan is suitable for her? It can be principal or supplementary under my account for more savings. Or, if there's a really better plan outside of DiGi, we'd consider that too. Thanks.

I doubt so, but you can always call and enquire or simply utilize the OCS feature.

Hello guys, I wanna ask a question.

I want to get a smartphone and change my prepaid to postpaid plan, but I got RM200+ in my credit left and they told me can only forward RM100 over. I want to send some credits to my dad who uses DiGi prepaid as well, the guy at DiGi said I can transfer RM40 per day via *128#, but when I got in I don't know how to. (yeah I know I should've asked the guy to help me on my first time)

So is there a way to transfer credit from DiGi prepaid to DiGi prepaid user? I use DiGi Best Prepaid

i'm using digi postpaid RM58 per month service for my iphone, the line is really slow especially after sending few message in whatsapp, the service will show "E"... not sure it happen to you all or not..? any advice?
